Your Results
Here is what your patterns suggest
These are areas worth exploring with your GP. Not diagnoses.
Important
This tool identifies patterns based on lifestyle habits and common symptoms. It does not diagnose anything. Before making any changes to your diet, supplements, or routine, speak with your doctor. Blood tests are the only reliable way to confirm deficiencies.
How are you choosing your supplements?
Most people are taking supplements they picked up based on an advert, a friend, or a scroll through social media. Take our supplement quiz and find out if your choices are working for you.
Supplement Quiz
How are you choosing what goes in your body?
No right or wrong answers. Just honest ones.
Your current approach
Supplement Results
Here is what your supplement habits suggest
No judgement. Just information.
What is a Certificate of Analysis?
A COA is a document from an independent third party lab that confirms what is actually in a supplement matches what is on the label. It tests for potency, purity, and contaminants. Without one, you are taking the manufacturer's word for it. The supplement industry is largely unregulated. A COA is the minimum standard you should expect from any supplement you put in your body. Always ask for a batch specific COA, not a generic one. If a company cannot provide one, that tells you something.
One last question
Would you like me to follow up with you based on your results? No pressure. Just a yes or no.
